I know these have been around for a while, but they can be very effective especially
when hung en masse .
A great way to add colour to your venue and
did you know how fantastically easy they are to make?
All you need is tissue paper, thin wire (it does work better than sewing thread, I tried), a bit of patience and these instructions.
I found a glass of wine quite useful too, but again, probably says more about me….

LOVE this idea!
A cheese platter decorated with fruit and ivy makes a colourful centre piece and a
great alternative to a wedding cake.
(Although I’d have both, possibly says more about me than it should……)
Arcilla and Anniston by Intuzuri Costura
We have two beautiful and romantic Intuzuri gowns in the window this week.
We are new stockists of the Intuzuri range and I’m pleased to say that they are proving to be very popular with our lovely brides-to-be!
And, as it’s Easter week we’ve decided that they are BOTH
“Dress of the week”!
This means you’ll save 10% if you order either Arcilla or Anniston this week!!
(Gown must be ordered this week – Monday 25th to Saturday 30th March 2013 only)
A little reminder that we will be closed on the Bank Holidays: Friday 29th March & Monday 1st April while we munch our way through our Easter eggs, but it’s business as usual on Saturday 30th !!
it’s so lovely!!
Spotted this ‘do’ over here on Pinterest and thought I’d share with all
you lovely Brides-to-be. Such a simple and chic look, that would be amazing
with our vintage feeling lace gowns.
Roxanna by Justin Alexander (style no:8670)
Lovely Roxanna is a showstopper!!
She has a beautifully jewel encrusted bodice, featuring a sweetheart neckline and a full circular organza skirt with a chapel length. Jewelled buttons and loops conceal the back zip, and the bodice has a shaped v back. So if you are looking for a gown to make you stand out from the crowd, Roxanna could be for you!!
And if you order Roxanna this week (Monday 18th to Saturday 23rd March 2013 only) we’ll take 10% off just because she is the Dress of the Week!!
Jodie by Justin Alexander (style 8610)
We’re just a bit late this week with Dress of the Week!
But I promise you, she was worth waiting for!! A gloriously full tulle skirted gown, with an asymmetrically cut bodice that has been draped in tulle and a finished with a lovely detailing on the hip (Obi bow is detachable). She has a chapel length train that can of course be bustled up for when the party starts and as with all the Justin Alexander gowns the detailing continues to the back of the dress, where the zip is concealed beneath the most beautiful beaded buttons and loops.
As mentioned in my last post, bridal gowns are usually in the sale because they’ve been discontinued.
Well right on cue, we’ve had a discontinuation notice from Justin Alexander and Sincerity Plus!
So if you’ve been looking for the following gowns the deadline for ordering is 30th April 2013,
